Operator is a state body, municipal body, legal entity or individual, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and (or) processing personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data;
2.8. Personal data is any information related directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the Website http://en.inpharmpro.ru/;
2.9. User – any visitor of the website http://en.inpharmpro.ru/;
2.10. Provision of personal data is actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to a certain person or certain people;
2.11. Distribution of personal data is any actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to the public (transfer of personal data) or familiarization with personal data of general public, including the personal data publication in the media, placement in information and telecommunications networks or providing access to personal data in any other way;

3. THE OPERATOR MAY PROCESS THE FOLLOWING PERSONAL DATA OF A USER
3.1. Surname, name, patronymic name, date and place of birth;
3.2. E-mail;
3.3. Phone numbers
3.4. Year, month, date and place of birth;
3.5. Pictures;
3.6. Information about education, profession, speciality and qualification, education document details;
3.7. Home address;
3.8. Payment details, details of the identity card (passport);
3.9. Also the site collects and processes anonymous data about visitors (including cookies) using Internet statistics (Yandex Metric and Google Analytics and others).
3.10. The above data, hereinafter referred to in the text of the Policy, are combined by the general concept of Personal Data.
4. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The purpose of the User's personal data processing is to inform the User by sending emails; conclusion, execution and termination of civil law contracts; Conducting audits and other internal research in order to improve the quality of provided services. 5. LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

6.3. The User’s personal data will be never transferred to the third parties, except the following cases:
- at the request of the authorized state authorities of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
- to the strategic partners, working with the Company, in representing products and services or to those, who assist to the Company in selling products and services to the customers;

6.6. A term of personal data processing is unlimited. The User can recall his/her agreement for personal data processing by sending a notification to the Operator’s email info@inpharm-hyon.ru with a mark “Agreement’s recall about personal data processing”.
7. CROSS-BORDER PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER
7.1. The Operator must make sure before to start cross-border personal data transfer that a foreign country, which territory personal data transfer is supposed to be done, ensures a reliable protection of data subject’s rights.
7.2. A cross-border personal data transfer on foreign countries’ territories, that don’t meet the above requirements, can be done only if there is a written agreement of personal data subject about cross-border transfer of his/her personal data and/or execution of the contract to which the subject of personal data is a party.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. The User can get any clarifications about questions, concerning his/her personal data processing by contacting the Operator via email info@inpharm-hyon.ru.
8.2. This document will reflect any changes in the Operator’s personal data processing policy. The policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
8.3. This Policy can be changed or terminated by the Operator unilaterally without prior notice to the User. A new version of the Policy is valid since its placement on the Operator’s site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. For certain services, published on the site and provided by the Operator, this policy can be supplemented.
